Toyalty Points In-Store Reward Scheme

Toyalty Points can be earned and spent in our physical stores (Toyville at 9 North Street and Toyville Games at 49 North Street). You will earn 2.5 pence for every pound you spend in store and a £1 bonus when you register.

Existing points

If you have existing points which you would like to spend online please contact us on hello@toyvilleshop.co.uk or 01179853515 and we can arrange for an e-voucher to the value of your points balance to be issued.

Check your points balance

Your points balance will be shown on your receipt after you make a purchase, or ask a member of staff who will be able to give you this information.

Spending points

Points can be redeemed as full or partial payment for a purchase.  Toyalty Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Other conditions

We will not give the information you provide to anyone else, and it will only be used to administer your loyalty account or to send you important information about your account (example changes to the conditions of your account).

If you cancel or return your order, the points earned on returned items will be deducted from your account total.
