Covid-19 

If you’d prefer not to come into the shop you can place an order online or over the phone. There is no minimum spend for collection orders. Please ring the doorbell to the left of the shop door and we’ll bring your order to you. Collection orders placed overnight are generally ready the next morning. Orders placed during working hours are usually ready in an hour. We will text and email you to let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery:
We are currently posting orders to all areas of mainland UK. Delivery costs £3.99 on orders under £40 and is free on orders of £40 or more.

Parcels are usually sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please be aware of this when placing your order.

Parking

Pay-and-display spaces can be found on North Street – these are free for 30 minutes, otherwise it’s £1 an hour up to a maximum 3 hours.
There is also a car park just round the corner on Diamond Street which is unfortunately no longer free.

Public Transport

From the direction of Long Ashton, the number 24 bus stops on North Street a few metres from our shop, or outside nearby Elephant House on Dean Lane from Bristol Centre.
