Covid-19 update – 4 March 2022
We’ve stopped limiting customer numbers in store and our staff no longer all wear masks. We’re happy to pop one on if necessary so please ask. Please consider fellow customers, some of whom may be vulnerable.
If you’d prefer not to come into the shop you can place an order online or over the phone. There is no minimum spend for collection orders. Please ring the doorbell to the left of the shop door and we’ll bring your order to you. Collection orders placed overnight are generally ready the next morning. Orders placed during working hours are usually ready in an hour. We will text and email you to let you know when your order is ready to collect.
We are currently posting orders to all areas of mainland UK. Delivery costs £3.99 on orders under £40 and is free on orders of £40 or more.
Parcels are usually sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Hermes. Please be aware of this when placing your order.
You can contact us on 0117 985 3515 (Toyville) or 0117 279 1751 (Toyville Games) or via email on email@example.com if you’d like advice or suggestions.
Pay-and-display spaces can be found on North Street – these are free for 30 minutes, otherwise it’s £1 an hour up to a maximum 3 hours.
There is also a car park just round the corner on Diamond Street which is unfortunately no longer free.
From the direction of Long Ashton, the number 24 bus stops on North Street a few metres from our shop, or outside nearby Elephant House on Dean Lane from Bristol Centre.
Why not make a day of it? There are so many great independent shops, bars and cafes up this end of North Street such as:
Sweven Coffee – Delicious coffee and homemade cakes
Friendly Records – Brilliant independent record shop
Rhubarb Jumble – Vintage homewares and clothing
North Street Standard – Independent bar and kitchen – serves a mean brunch! Good kid’s menu.
Earth Cake – Vegan cafe serving a great selection of cakes and savoury food

Around the corner on East Street
